A contact named Tristan appears on her screen.

Someone remembers her birthday, while herself is not. She smiles.
‘You remember my day?’ Thank you.’
It feels nice to be remembered, right? You never force them to do, but they are willing to place it on their mind.
‘Can I make a wish?’
He said.
She raises her eyebrows because of his foolishness.
‘Isn’t today my birthday? I should be the one making the wish’

‘Well, let’s make it unusual because I have a lot of wishes for you.’
She gives in by his word.
It’s her first time being excited about wishing something on her birthday — after becoming an adult — and she thinks hearing a wish from someone is not a bad idea, especially him.
‘Hi bi, first of all, I wanna say happy birthday. Well, I hope you listen to me cause it’ll be a long wish.’
She’s all ears.
‘I wish you always be someone that always keeps that smile.
I hope your existence shaded others.
I wish no one will ever hurt you.
I wish you never to keep your burden alone.
I hope we could write more pages in our book

She is blushing. She knows his man is not good enough to express his feeling by words. However, hearing him saying those wishes for her could make her heart melt.
All she knows, birthdays have never been this pleasing beforehand, at least before she met him.
‘So, where’s my cake? my present?’
‘Does have me on your birthday is not enough?’ he replies.
She laughs.
After 24 years of living in this world, finally, God gives her what she needs. A man that she could lean on, a man who never complains when she asks him to watch K-drama, a man who sends her food when she is starving at midnight, a man that never embarrassed when she does something silly in public — because he could be sillier — , a man that never gets angry when she calls him at 3 am just because she could not sleep.
She could celebrate her birthday every day, if only she had him in her life. Because she believes when he’s around her, she will never be forgotten. Moreover, she already trusts him to pour her world into him.
